lovely bay horse

I have been to a few shows recently at Norton Heath, and have seen the most fab bay horse with a white face forgotton it's name Sally Lane rides it, if anyone know's it or how it's bred, if it's for sale or where I can get one like it!!!!!!!!!!! please let me know.
