Had difficulty wording the title!

Local show has 5-6 club shows a year, jumping, working hunter, showing ridden and in hand, dressage, games, handy pony etc, caters for all ages from lead rein upwards.

The current climate has seen numbers dropping and its difficult to get enough helpers.

So I am wondering if anyone has some ideas about doing something 'different' to try to attract new people.

There are good facilities, two large fields and lots of jumps and equipment.

Some thoughts are training sessions, dressage and jumping, jump cross, combined training any other suggestions would be gratefully received!

Have a go Trec, Horse and Hound, fancy dress? It's difficult to know the best way to increase numbers, are the costs of the classes high?

F that sounds different thank you:)

The cost of classes are actually quite reasonable, but despite trying to avoid it the shows often clash with other local shows, so need to broaden the horizon so to speak to try to attract more numbers
