Low Level Menage lighting

I am having a bit of a problem at my livery yard, the council granted my school permission last year which has now been built, however some kind neighbour decide to report that i have put lighting up and now I have to go through the process of planning permission to get some form of lighting asap otherwise my full liveries have said and I agree with them that they will have to find other premises. In order to make this appication more appealing and to lower neighbour concerns does anyone know of any decent low level / post and rail level lighting that works well? Or has anyone installed this type of lighting that Is viewable? I live in Hampshire

Look at Tennis Court Lighting. Apparently there is some new tennis court lighting that is retractable ..... so you don't need planning permission - and you can have it as bright as you want!
