Does anyone else have jodphurs with come up practically to their armpits??!!

Im sick of rolling my waistbands down, it doesnt look neat and it bulges, so opinions on the shires/dublin lower waisted jods pretty please!
Ive got mountain horse ones but they were pretty pricey for me, so that also rules out the ariat ones as well!
Thank you

Just Togs ones are great, think it is the Athena ones... I have a few pairs and they are so comfy! Theyre Milan breeches are the same and lovely. Also, Dublin's are nice....

I have the shires and they sit really nice, the downside is they are not as thick as Just Togs jods. However they are fairly cheap and lasted over a year of abuse.

All womens 'normal' jods / breeches sit on my rib cage and roll down

Competition: Neddy's full seat low waist breeches (these still sit above my belly button - £30), Shires Saddlehugger Hipsters (Circa £35)

For exercise Just togs pull on hipsters (very low) £20, and Dublin pull on hipsters £30.

Ooh thank u guys, I have some normal just togs jods and forgot how nice they were- do any of these lower rises have a full seat? Id like some beige ones for comps, full seats always look smarter than knee patches. also sticky full seats are great for extre help :p

I have to admit being an absolute snob when it comes to jods and breeches. I dont like a lot of the materials used in the cheaper ones (how completly unflattering its that thick lycra-cotton mix used in Harry Hall for example??).

Jods arent the most flattering things in the world to begin with but I go to great lengths to find nicer fit / materials because I spend so much time in them

I went in search of new breeches last week and ended up with a couple of pairs of the Milan breeches that KatB mentioned. They dont *look* low rise but after wearing them for a week, they certainly sit much nicer on me than many jods do! And I literally tried on most of the shop

I know Mountain Horse do a couple of pairs of low rise jods / breeches but again, I dont like the material

I just noticed that they do a full seat version of the JTs here:-

So might order a couple of pairs of those too :| I much prefer full seat wherever possible because aside from the grippyness, they last so much longer imo!

My Anky's dont sit too badly either. They're not low rise but they're not round my rib cage either. Similarly my pikeurs and cavallos arent bad but they're all rather expensive. Im really impressed with the Just Togs breeches though, especially considering the price.
