i was lucky enough to get a space in a lesson with lucinda green on thursday and just thought id give a quick report incase anyone else is thinking about booking one!
having booked a space i thought id 'google' general reviews and they were a bit along the lines of 'if your pony is good, youll be fine' which, seeing as i was taking ex-racer who has only hunted and hadnt seen coloured poles was a bit daunting!
however she was brilliant! as subtle as a brick when it came to telling you how it should be done/what you did wrong etc but as i cant stand being told im fabulous when im far from it i really appreciated her approach!
it was a simulated xc lesson so more poles than you could shake a stick at, barrels/corners/bounces and impossible angles. all explained for dummies
big m really stepped up and she thought he was very sweet (read 'very relaxed and dim')
if you get the chance do go for it!
only managed one very blurry still from camera
