Hi. I'm new to all this posting lark so forgive me if this is in the wrong place.
I have a 12 y/o TB. He has a subcutaneous lump high up in his groin. I noticed it about 9 months ago and it hasn't bothered him. I suspected a sarcoid. But now he has become super sensitive on that side even if i'm nowhere near it. I've googled the buggery out it and i'm none the wiser. The lump is smooth and sometimes tennis ball size, sometimes smaller and hardly there. Which leads me to think not sarcoid amd maybe hernia? Any advise would be appreciated.

Vet saw it a few months ago as a "while you're here" type of way. Could be sarcoid maybe not. This was before horse got really sensitive, which has only started last couple of days. Just thought i'd sound out peeps on here first. So thanks for feedback
