Lump On Fetlock

Looking for some advice. Have a youngster that has received a knock to a back inside fetlock. The lump is not big but it is not a soft swelling, but hard.

Am using Tensolvet and the youngster is on a course of anti-inflammatories.

Is there anything else anyone could recommend that would help to bring the lump down?
