Lump on Sheath! Help!

Noticed my pony has a lump that has appeared on his sheath - see pictures below! anyone had the same on their horses and should i be worried? he is other wise in perfect health and not bothered by it in any way. it is firm and bit bigger than grape size.

Looks like a sarcoid

no he's a bay! and yes - they have confirmed it a sarcioid...
