Lump on the back of a leg???

My 14yr TB came in from the field with a lump about the size of half a golf ball at the bottem of his tendon, just above the fetlock, it is hard and on the leg he has a club foot. I did take him for a walk and it has gone down, but still visable and about 3mm. It is still going down 24hours later. If this has happend to you and you have any advice please let me know!

Could be a windgall if it goes down after exercise.

Annular Ligament is around there somewhere

Does it show signs of heat or swelling or is the horse lame? Ohterwise as stated above may be awindgall from hard ground?
