Lump on youngsters knee..

Ok so my now yearling has a hard lump on the slight inside of her knee. She's not lame or sore to touch it etc.
I would post a photo but after dropping my phone yesterday I can't take pics or find any that I had taken
I assumed she'd just banged her knee and would disappear but still there after a month, farrier is out thursday to trim her so was going to ask his opinion. Any advice ? :/
She was on two teacups of suregrow, but since moving to field with more grass I have put her down to 3/4 cup.

Agree with amymay that it may be a splint. However, don't despair - my youngster had a large nasal splint for quite a long time after walloping her nose on her stable door! It did eventually go down however

I probably haven't explained where it is very well, it's on front of knee but to one side the inside. I had another good feel of it last night and it is actually soft as in you can squidge it etc but it's a pretty firm soft
As I said she doesn't appear sore and is still running around field etc.
Otherwise I would of thought splint thanks though

My horse has a fluid filled lump on the outside of his knee, it's a large swelling but causes no obvious discomfort. My vet called it a 'hygroma' and said it is a cosmetic problem only - in MY horses' case at least as he is retired.
I'd get a youngster checked out though, as hygromas can be treated

That does sound like what it could be, phew was worried she wouldn't have a ridden career. More than likely coz she likes lying down, always seemed to lye more on the stable floor than her bed
