Lumps on lower jaw

Luna has a few clusters of lumps under her jaw. 2 are scabby and the others are just a bit smaller but there are about 6/7 in total. They don't seem to be spots as there isn't any pus.

I don't know if these are sore as she can be a bit of a bugger at the best of times! I don't want to take her to the vet unless I have to as she hates it and may have to be muzzled.

Anyone any thoughts? I will try to take a pic, but will wait for her to roll on her back for a belly rub!

looks like infected hair folicles to me, might need some antibiotics.

Ditto this, Tink's chin went like this a few years back after she got a bite/puncture down the fox holes. Her whole chin went bubbly like that and then pussy and carted her off to the vet. Vet said the hair follicles were infected and gave us some cream for it and she was grand in a week or so.
