lumps on side of the face??

ok so she has aload of small bumps on her skin on the side of her face and near her ears. they dont bother her when i touch them. infact she quite likes me touching them. i have no idea what they are. the only thing i can think off is fly bites but theres alot of them and they're small??

possibly a reaction to a bite. My girl had bites on her neck one morning and the side of her face was swollen. I just put antihistimine cream and left her in where the nasty flies couldn't bother her. The swelling had gone down in a few hours.

Has she maybe rubbed on something and taken a reaction to it?

If not around the eyes (which flies like), then I may suspect mites - my boy has just been diagnosed with them (around his face) - I have been advised to wash with hibbiscrub and then front lining - but would get vet out to check if you are concerned.
