My mare has various lumps under her stomach from her chest to her udders with scabby bits along the centre line. She has had this before and it does not seem to bother her, plus I have noticed other horses getting something similar at this time of year. Just as a matter of interest.. has anyone else's horses had this and, if so, what do you reckon it is - insect bites / something they are eating / plants they are brushing against?
