Not in real life thankfully. She hasn’t, and she won’t be!

I had the most awful dream last night that she had puppies. She recently finished her last season, and has put on a little weight, which maybe triggered the dream. I think the weight gain could be down to the fact we changed her food. Still on Millie’s, but went to one with less protein since I posted about her constantly itching, that has cleared up too.

Anyway, in my dream, she had about 10 pups, and I think every pup had a different dad. The first one or two looked like huskies, and then they started to get a very bull dog like look. My boss at work has a 10 month old British bulldog who is lovely, so maybe that was an influence? The last one or 2 looked like they’d been bred with those hairless cats! They were hideous and I think that is what woke me up!!

Make of that what you will. Roll on October when she will be getting spayed.

LOL! The headline made me do some maths.
Off topic, but mine are maintaining weight really well on the cheapest 40/60 millies, even though the work months have begun. :-)

We’re on riverside mix at the moment as it still has zinc for her. It is cheaper than what we were feeding, and although they’re not worked like yours, are still getting as much, if not more since it’s cooler, exercise.

Not quite sure what’s wrong with me at the moment, almost feel like I’m having anxiety attack’s sometimes. When we’re out walking, am paranoid their leads will break, and I see her run into the road under a car. (I know Aled won’t go anywhere). Am convinced she’s going to eat something poisoned. I check the house a million times to make sure it’s locked tight so burglars can’t steal them.

This is probably a post for clubhouse really.

Probably what you have dealt with in the last few years making an appearance.
Mind you, I will ont leave mine in the car anywhere and check the house is locked twice before I go out. And then have to come back and recheck it.

I’m sorry, I just had to get it off my chest. It was more of a nightmare to be honest than a dream. When I do have a puppy again, it will be one we’ve chosen.

Oh wow, that is intense. I know how you feel, if I'm finding life stressful and overwhelming I start having all sorts of half imaginings about some tragedy or other befalling my precious animals.

All my feelings of being out of control get projected into random concerns about them for some reason.
