Lunge pens - any recommendations/thoughts?

We plan to get a lunge pen because lunging in our new manege is doing more harm than gd to the surface. Monarch equestrian did our stables n I know they do lunge pens, does anyone have experience of theirs? Does anyone know any other companies that do lunge pens? We're in Bristol area. Our only requirements are that it has a surface not just grass, and preferably want to have some kind of cover/roofing, if we can't work something out we'll probably just have some barn over it.
Any ideas, suggestions or recommendations would be much appreciated!

i was looking at there lunge pens cause i really need one theirs are just a wee bit over budget for us at the mo. if you hear of any reasonably cheap one let me know
