What's everyone's thoughts on the best training aids for lunging to help with engagement and horse working correctly into a equal contact please

I like the Equiami, and I can see a difference after a few weeks of lunging. There is nothing for the horse to fix against.

I still get the best results using a roller with an elasticated bandage round the bum.

If I need some help with the front end I use an elastic bungee, running it from the outside of the roller, through the inside bit ring and then attach to the inside on the roller.

Just an elasticated tail bandage, make sure its a stretchy one

Seconding the surcingle with elastic bandage around the bum, and a bungee rein on the front end. Neither one of these will fix the horse in a position, and I hate the way the Pessoa type rigs cause the back end to see-saw on the mouth.
