After spending a few minutes standing outside Lush in Truro yesterday and wondering if and how i should address their policy on supporting the HSA, i did think maybe we should all go into their shops, fill up a huge basket of stuff including all the custom cut and weighed stuff. Get it all gift wrapped and then.....................walk out!

Yes, yes, yes - what a wonderful idea. Also, let them ring it all up on the Till beforehand!! I must Google to see where their nearest outlet is to me. You are a very clever girlie.

How bloody childish. I was in the Truro Lush last week and the girl that served me was absolutely lovely and I would hate for someone to treat her like that over something that's not within her control. IT'S NOT THE STAFF'S FAULT!!

Idiot

Did i not post a grin!! which i understood to be 'cheeky', as i have said in a post in the thread started by someone else quoting this one, i have already voted with my feet rather than doing what i jokingly suggested. If i said jump of a cliff (grin icon won't work) would you do it?

Ok I missed the cheeky whatnot so apologies if I was a tad harsh - I'm just getting fed up of people wanting to take it out on the staff when it isn't their fault. Apologies for the 'idiot' bit as well - I just got a bit angry

I'm a nice person really

rotfl, have posted exactly the same thing on other forums before reading this.

I intend to do it tomorrow

eta, I will not be rude or threatening to the staff - unlike the female HSA member who called my 6yo daughter scum.
