Lux Z Offspring

We've just bought the dutch mare in the photo below by Lux Z out of an Animo mare and she is super, super talented if a little flamboyant. I just wondered if Lux Z tends to throw a "type" or any other info on his progeny.

We have 3.Two mares and a colt.The fillies do tend to be a bit more Flamboyant and trickier than the colts/geldings but if you get a good one they can be hard to beat at times.
Meredith Michaels Beerbaum rides a lovely Lux horse called Tornesh.
He is fast becoming a super broodmare sire too.

Thanks, that is very interesting. Our mare is brave as a lion and careful which is quite a responsibility as not sure yet where her limit will be.

She is the easiest mare to handle and work with but like a rubber ball when jumping. She is straight and only wants to jump which is what is important.

I am so tempted to breed from her as she has full papers but OH would probably divorce me if I added to our troupe of permanent residents...!

Yup, sound about right!

I do a lot with my friends Lux son. He's mega talented if a little over expressive at times and it wouldn't take much for someone to let him to boil right over the top! Probably the most naturally talented horse I've ever had the pleasure to sit on though.

Edit to add, the one I ride isn't especially brave though. Very honest, but not sure he needs to give a 1.40m fence as much air as he doe at times!
