Lymph type swellings behind girth area

Hi, horse was quiet when came in today everything else is okay(heart rate/temp/urine/droppings), apart from I noticed two filled firm matching belly swellings behind the girth area. Last time I saw this was on my very old girl who had heart failure and it was fluid. It's exactly the same as that, have called the vet - this is a youngster. Has anyone else seen this for more innocuous reasons?

if its swelling/ fluid that seems to be collecting around the bottom of the belly it means they could be losing protein ( hyperproteinemia) - ive seen it caused by both bute and antibiotics , it can be a sign of heart failure as you know , or cancer.
