) but asking for a friend who wants a smart, versatile, safe all rounder and I remember a few years back Lynn used to advertise all these really smart cobs.
Does she still deal in them does anyone know?

Oh you star! Thanks so much had not seen that even though Id looked on horsequest so many times!
Only thing is that those cobs dont look half as nice as the ones that she was selling a few years ago. Oh well will get friend to give her a call anyway she might have a nice one hidden away!

They are blooming expensive for what theya re. Better off going to irealnd as thats where all hers come from. You are looking at £5k for a pretty smart but average cob.

Im echoing Old Mare on this one...... dont want to say why on here but, as with all horse sales, dont be put off when asking questions..some of these traders have very strong personalities....and you really dont have to make your mind up there and then or risk going on a time wasters list!!!

Buy at speed - repent at leisure

Don't go to Ireland - they are even more expensive over there!
A safe, versatile, county cob will go for in excess of £8k at the moment - they are like gold dust. I know someone who bought a horse from Lynn which they found difficult, and she either exchanged it or gave their money back. Everyone else that has bought one from her I have seen competing them in the ring and they have all done quite well. I have no idea about the ones that are not shown though.

Good luck with the search - there really are not many around!
