Made to Measure Bridlework

A while ago I posted about getting bridlework made to measure and someon recommended a guy in the South West. Can anyone help me out? He does sell things on ebay but for the life of me I can't remember his name and I seem to have lost/can't find any reference. Thanks in advance.
