Well after it i though it was all sorted...
Had a message left on my phone from yard manager who said something along the lines of...
Maggie was checked twice yesterday in the morning and afternoon (4pm) and was not hot under her rug. (well she wouldn't have been would she!? coolest part of the day)
The water in the field was also checked twice (well i'm sure it was! she was thirsty cause she had got stuck and sweated up during the day!?)
Don't appreciate me texting the instructor, something about nothing to do with her.. (surely it is if she is riding her the day after? plus i don't have yard managers number... Instructor has always said text her if there is a problem etc.)
She said i should have rung yard, i was at the yard! they weren't there!
Anyhow i've left a message on their voicemail asking them to call me back, but will try again at 9.30 etc if they don't ring back.
All i want them to do is admit they should have taken her rug off in the morning and that it was toooo hot to leave it on all day!
I'm getting totally fed up... i just want to have a nice environment at the yard and now its not going to be! i'm tempted to just go and concentrate on Jess but don't want to break bridges or fall out with Maggies owner.
Would you lot be annoyed if the horse was left out in the heat (27degrees) with a light weight rug on??
