Sorry just replied to you message and forgot to tell you. I fed her Mag calm from Global Herbs when she had her seasons and then Top spec calmer with magnesium once her seasons had stopped.

You can buy Magnesium on its own really cheap. I bought a massive bag but don't need it any more so it is sitting in my feed room!

Ditto this - I bought some mag ox off ebay but recently switched to top spec anti lam so don't use it anymore but it was pretty cheap!
