where is the cheapest place to get these?
I have been told asda/tesco or wherever do zinc tablets that are suitable?

you could try metabolics... not sure if they're the cheapest though.

yeah try metabolics not hugely cheap but much higher grade stuff than the tablets you would find in a supermarket!!
