Magnesium & zinc

where is the cheapest place to get these?
I have been told asda/tesco or wherever do zinc tablets that are suitable?

My Co-op pharmacy do 50 or 80 Zinc tabs (cant actually remember) for £1 a pot. The brand is called 'Value Vits' or something. I feed at 5 per day for a 16hh horse?

What you feeding them to achieve? I feed mine to help build immunity with a sarcoid problem and I'm getting fantastic results.
