magnetic boots

i have bought a magnetic boot from ebay(just waiting for it to appear)...do i need to put them on roman for an hour then the next day a little longer etc etc just like you do with a human magnet thing or can i just whack them on and leave him in them all day.

i have got them for his bursal sack on one of his hinds

I use bioflow boots on my guy i and put them on all day. I have always done this and he dont have any problems with that. However some of the cheaper ones i wouldnt leave on in the field as they come off! I got a pair of pastern wraps for him and he got one off, i had to search the field.. He only had them on when i mucked out and it took me over an hour to find the damm thing in the field.. the bioflow brushing boots are fab tho..

I use magnetic boots on my mare. she has athrities in her fetlock and it really does make a difference to her. usually leave them on during the night while she is stabled or if it is possible an hour before hacking her out and few hours after.
In the winter she has them on even when she is turned out. I use them every day but i do not leave them on 24/7.
