Does anybody know if you can use magnetic boots following steroid injections into joints?

I'd leave it to the next day before putting them back on, but can't see a problem with this. I use Bioflow which are extremely powerful magnets and I've always done this.
Think you should leave for 24 hours though following the injection. Static magnets increase blood circulation. Although the injection is directly into the joint I am not sure that a sudden increase in blood flow is not detrimental.
