Magnetic Rugs?

I was wondering about trying a magnetic rug on Sovereign.
He has stringhalt, which is not so bad most of the time, but in this freezing weather he is really stiff when first going out, so I was wondering if anyone uses or has tried them and whether it would be a benefit?

Cant help on the rug - I did look at them and found them very expensive. I used magnetic boots on the old boy and, although no proof, really think they helped him. Now old boy has gone they have become the 'yard' boots. One horse wears them by day, another by night!

I bought an Armadillo Magnetic rug to help with my boys back after surgery and although early days lots of people have said how they rate them highly.

I've got a magnetic quilted stable rug which I want to sell if you're interested. It's 6'3 and I'm just round the corner from Robinsons, I presume you're quite near there if you're in the Merseyside area.
