My horse is just starting with arthritis in both of his hocks, i know i cant stop it but wondered if anyone had any opinions on magnotherapy before i spend a fortune on a rug and leg wraps !

Thanks for your help!

Pulsed magnetic therapy is more effective than static magnetic therapy but both have their uses. I have bioflow boots which are a better idea as they work on central reverse polarity which means that the magnets are pulling harder against each other due to the placement of them in the product. This increases blood flow opposed to standard magnetic products that maybe do not have such an effective outcome.

My friend is a vet physio and she has bought a little unit for her practice, which costs somewhere in the region of £600. The equssage units are good too but cost a couple of thousand I believe. Then there are others that are cheaper at around £250 which I have used on my horse.
