Maiden mare, couple of questions!

Hello,
My mare is 313 days, for the past 3 days she has had a waxy like substance on her teats and today i bought her in from the field and her back legs were moist and shiny and she had a whitish colour substance coming out of her teats. (hardly anything) She hasnt got a massive bag but it is warm. Is this normal please (i know every horse is different)?

My mare waxed up a couple of weeks before foaling for both of her foals, but some mares wax up immediately before foaling (and some not at all).

Even so, 313 days is very early and if she were mine and she were getting ready to foal now, I would watch her like a hawk.
