There was a thread about this a few days ago, several of us signed than.

I'd settle for a reinforcement of the 'don't overtake if there's something coming the other way rule', which is sod all to do with horses, and everything to do with common sense!

And poor Rosie Margarson who started this petition fell off today and broke her foot. Nothing to do with traffic thank goodness, just a very excitable Bean.
