After this business with Lucretia, got to thinking. There have been some really rude posts about KP personally, her riding, her trainer at times and the clothes that are sold under her name.As far as I know she has never tried to get anyone censored or banned from anything and neither, to be fair, has Derby House who are the main sellers and promoters of her clothing line.KP has gone quite a way up in my estimation.

) her supporters yell just as loud as her detractors, every time the blooming woman releases so much as a f*rt there'll be a new thread on here!
No one can accuse her of anything, and her products are always in the limelight, good or bad, the one thing we can't do is forget them.

She could teach ... er ... some people a thing or two about keeping in the public eye, eh?
 
I'm not sure I'd agree she's smart - I think her PR machine is tho!
She bores me personally but there are those that love her & love to hate her & so I suppose she'll always be discussed one way or the other!

I'd say she was probably one of the savviest business woman in the country. You don't become that wealthy without a brain.
 
That is true but then again she hasn't got where she is on her own, she has her 'people' doesn't she?
No-one can take away the fact that she's successful in whatever she does, whether you love her or hate her, but how many of these ventures have been created in her own mind remains to be seen - she obviously does, however, appear to recognise a lucrative business venture when she hears/sees it!

As much as I hate to,I have to agree.
I very much doubt she would be abel to gain a law degree, but she was smart enough to buy the best PR team she could get at each stage of her career who have done their job wonderfully and sold the KP brand like nothing on earth!
I am convinced her team could sell sand in a dessert

As for the products,well,the pool of young girls who want it because it KP is limited and funded by parents who will be sick to deathof shelling out for the latest fad only to find it dumped the next week.
If they are good quality and value for money in designs people want they will sell and make her a bit more pocket money.
If the quality is poor or her team has misjudged the market they wont,simples

She says what she wants, she does what she wants, what you see is exactly what you get, and if you don't like it you can all feck off....she's that type of girl and in some ways I admire that.

She's made a her money and lives in the public eye, not matter what she does, it gets twisted by the press and then she gets slated for it by joe public, she relies on being the press and they rely on her.

Just because she's into her horses (which she's always been) but now wants to complete, everyone is suddenly rolling their eyes, why? does she go round with her nose in the air thinking she's better than everyone else, no she's taking lessons and getting on with it, I'm sure there are far worse people out there competing their horses, perhaps others should take a leaf out of her book?

another one with Kenzo... there have been a LOT of glamour models - but can you name one who has made so much money .. stayed in the public eye... and kept her money? Thats what I admire. Her route to market would not have been my choice (or anybody elses!)

Exactly. And the fact that the first horse she bought was "going to take her to the Olympics", but then she realised she struggled to ride it and sold it soon after... I didn't like her or dislike her before, however when I watched her on TV saying she was going to do the Olympics some day it did make me laugh. I dont like people who are so up their own asses they just "expect" to get to the top of their sport purely because they have money. That irritaes me!
 
She's certainly made her money - on the F Word the other night she said that her hair costs her 15K every 3 months!! Gordon Ramsey was like "But that's 60K a year - [****]!" Apparently she flies to LA to get it done - so she may have made money, but she's no friend of the environment!
