Making a claim

Hello everyone I am new to the forum.
I drive a horse box, not a trailer.
If I make a claim on this insurance will it affect my car insurance. Thank you

YES.the car insurance company will ask if you have had any accidents/claims in the last year, the answer is yes, if you lie and say no and are involved in an accident they could/will refuse to pay out any claims. They will also ask you if you are insured on any other policy and ask for more information they can then contact the other policy holders to check if any claims have been made.
