Making a saddle - How long?

I know how long is a piece of string but roughly how long does it take to make a saddle? I know all makes do them differently but I’m think of an ideal. I’m waiting for my new one. I know they started to make it last week so want a rough idea when I can expect it!. I’m ultra impatient!

Mine took 4 weeks after they had received the templates and sizings..Mine came from Walsall

We had the fitting and templates taken on the 1st dec so it's already been a while!. I had a text from the saddler at the beginning of last week to say he had spoken to them and they were making it now. I’m just so impatient I really want to get back on board and out competing again!.

I just got mine from ideal via my saddler made from a template. It took about 8 weeks but I'm not complaining as it's beautiful and a lovely fit. Well worth the wait imo. Horse had a little holiday during the wait but there will be no stopping us now!!
