I have a 7 year old thoroughbred wjo is otherwise healthy. I recently noticed his tail is ripped just above his hocks, there is no marks on his dock or anything to suggest he rubbed it so we are thinking another horse chewed it off. It almost looks as if s9meome took a scissors to it but missed a bit! I am hoping to compete him next year and Im wondering if anyone has tips to make it grow quick and strong.
