1998 Renault Master.
In OK condition, rusting around ramp. Solid floor, long MOT/tax, cambelt recently done at 150k and recently serviced. Professionally converted 5 years ago.

Personally I think it needs a new ramp or at least the rusting sorting so some money will need to be spent, however this is probably partially because it makes the box look tatty rather than a massive issue.

They have it up for offers.. What would be an acceptable offer?

Beware the rust! Have you had it looked over by a professional to make sure the rust is localised?
How much will it cost you to put right? Take that off the asking price?

No not yet, I plan to though.

A new ramp is £1,000 but I imagine removing the rust wouldn't technically need a new ramp? So in that respect I'm unsure how much removing the rust would cost.

Depends on the severity of the rust. I had to have my L reg 7.5 ton PTS because of rust, so I'm a bit paranoid about it!
Get the lorry checked out, if it really needs that much work on it, offer then 1k less, they can only say no!

Hi I bought a renault master 1997 sounds similar (long MOT, tax and professionally converted) for £3800 a few months ago. So similar price, but that was the cheapest I could find that was useable!
