I currently have an E reg VW MAN 7.5t horsebox, that i am looking to replace. I have found that this lorry gives the horses a great ride and is quite nice to drive, so would like to get a newer MAN. The only thing worrying me is that my current truck is REALLY hard to get parts for, but i'm not sure if it is only because of it's age. Do any of you have newer MAN lorries (i am looking at 1996 or newer) and are they easy/hard/£££ to get parts for?
If not, any other makes i should look at, i've heard Merc's tend to be a bit soft and wobbly in terms of ride for the horses, and i've also found DAF's to be a bit the same. Any thoughts?
