I will admit he is a little nicer than the jowlet ones, but he is a puppy farmed basset, and I mean puppy farmer supreme
Here is a strange thing too, I board it's litter mate....when they bought it(litter mate) of this one, they had a whaking £2000 vet bill as it's digestive system was frigged, vet said it would be lucky if it had a descent meal in it's tiny life, it was very under weight and developed a serious e.coli type infection and was sh!tting through the eye of a needle they nearly lost it.............puppy farmer said bring it back "they didn't dare", thye though he would knock it on the head
bloody hate puppy farms! he/she looks like a lovely chap hope they get a lovely home i'd be tempted myself but my little sausage dog Murphy does not like to share he has serious jelousy issues x

Do they cross show and working strains? That's what some puppy farmers do for cockers apparantly - so you can end up with a dog that looks like a show type but has the drive of a worker or vice versa
I think he has to be the prettiest/ best looking basset I have ever seen! He looks a real poppet, hope someone gives him a fab forever home soon.
*restrains from starting a rant on puppy farms*

Maybe......
Herbie's papers came with him. No registration and he doesn't look like you'd expect from the names on his "full three generation pedigree".

Aww he is really sweet, although not looking quite yet.
Where are you Cayla for future reference, you seem to come across some lovely rescue dogs?
Oooh, you are near me! Am in County Durham. Always assume everyone here is down south! Will have to get in touch when I am ready for a dog, have to sort job situation out first.
