Bare with me through this and I will do my best not to confuse anyone!!

Basically I now own 7 horses and 1 pony and I'm trying to work out the best way to make sure they all get enough work and attention! I work from 8-5 6 days a week and the horses are all kept at work, my boss has no problem with me doing my horses in work time aslong as her horses and jobs are done properly and everything is sorted! To tell you a bit about my horses below and maybe someone could help me work out a routine! Right-
Beanie=Yearling pony is out 24/7 but needs to be handled everyday
Joucas=Ex Dressage horse is out 24/7 and I will bring him into work for a bit of low key dressage through summer months and he will live out the rest of the year.
Blue=Is retired and out 24/7
Paddy=Retired and out 24/7
Goggs= Lives out 24/7 on hols at the moment but want to work/compete in summer and have winter months off.
Parker=Stabled and will need to be in work pretty much all year bar holidays
Rabbit=As above
Burt=Stabled as otherwise turns into huge hippo horse and is for hacking and unnaf comps/also mum rides him so I only need to ride x3 a week.

What would you do with all these horses?!

Could you get a sharer or two mabye for the ones in work, if you dont need a financial hand mabye one who just will help out with the jobs of the three that are stabled in return for rides on one or two, which in turn will help keep them fitter or get them fit for the summer comps? Mabye they could even compete them if it worked out and it would give you a weekend hacking buddie!

Also would help you give some TLC to all of the ones that live out around your work :). There are also people that want to get experience just grooming etc horses out there (there is a girl that helps a lady with 4 on our yard atm!) who might want to come up at the weekends and just groom to give you a hand with all the beasties! Of course they are novicey and need watching but it gives all the horses some TLC!

Sorry forgot to add in previous post that I have had bad exp with loaners/sharers so I have too stick with close friends and family who come up to ride and groom for me. My mum and her friend hack out for me as and when they feel like it and my brother (mr brave) will come and give them a decent jump for me once a month.

There is a girl who wants a horse to just groom and fuss over so I may take her offer up to come and give my retired ones cuddles!
Thanks for your reply snowy x

Ahh well if you dont want others to ride for you then not sure what you could do other than get friends to come up more often :p. Do you need more help exercising them than doing jobs? Whereabouts in the country are you? Cause you could always stick a note in a local tack shop if thats the case saying your looking for a rider or look online for someone looking for rides, then if you ride at the same time you can keep an eye and make sure they do it your way! If no money changes hands at least you can just not ask them back if you dont like the way people ride hehe. Good luck being able to manage them all!

Its a bit complicated but basically have always had Paddy and then I got goggles as i new him when he was racing he ended up on sales livery with a friend so I brought him too...Paddy then went wrong so I got Parker to replace paddy as a riding horse. Burt,Blue,Joucas and Rabbit belonged to a good friend who can no longer ride due to ill health and struggled to get up to see and do them, as I was looking after them she gave them to me (but will help financially if needed)
Oh and the youngster is a project to bring on and sell :)

Complicated-Im only 21 and all these horses make me feel about 80!!

Its OK, breathe and think calm thoughts. I too have 7, a massive job and work 7-5 at least. First thing is get them all living out. After that its prioritising, ie working with the others when you cant ride for example.
