Has anyone used them? are they any good?
Herc's mane really needs to grow if we're going to show him, it used to be rather nice, but it seems to have got shorter and thinner, and just doesn't seem to grow on its own.
Also....Someone suggested plaiting the mane and leaving it for a few weeks before taking it out, brushing it through and re-plaiting it (the basic process for the bags minus the bag really) - would the plaits have to be really tight or just normal? Annnd....read on one of the bag sites when I was looking that to use electrical tape instead of plaiting bands to fasten it. I'm guessing because they don't snap as easy or break the hair. Has anyone heard of/tried it?
