maps of bridleways

anyone know of any decent maps or books which have bridleways that cross over the pennines and around west yorkshire(huddersfield area) i've bought an ordinance survey map but it stops as it gets to the moors south of huddersfield where i'm wanting to explore more...can anyone help me out?

go to Bing maps online and switch to Ordnance survey view.

streep map is good too, use your snip tool to copy area onto a word doc, print and laminate......

although I have to say since my OH bought me my garmin gps, it is fabulous and I have been on many adventures.

Somewhere on the local county council's website there should be a map of public highways.

you could also contact the local bridleways association - search the BHS's website.

go onto bing maps

click many map styles

top right hand side there is a drop down box that says OS click that then click the OS option

I always knew I was really stoopid but I can't even find the 'many map styles' button ... I will find it ... even if I have to stay up all night looking
