... anyone going? First one of the year. Never been before so not quite sure what to expect. Need to get the boy out to things like this as took him on Kelsall farm ride and he was so excited. He's 6 and never been anywhere until I bought him so it was like taking a 6 year old child to Wacky Warehouse for the first time.

Praying for goood weather!! PLEASE! :)

I'm going :)

We went last year, it's a nice ride with a decent number of jumps of differing heights (nothing massive though), always an easy way round if you don't jump. We're going to be taking it steady, as mum's horse isn't very fit yet!

Glad to hear all this :) Looking forward to it - I'm just trying to get my boy out to places with other horses about so it won't blow his brain when I do end up taking him to a show one day soon. He needs to get used it all so we will be taking it steady too - glad we won't be the only ones.

Looking forward to it now :D

How did everyone find it? It was my first time and my boy's 2nd time out anywhere. I loved it and so did he!
He jig-jogged the first mile or so as he was so excited so I just walked him, however after we did our first jump he really got into it. This is a pony that was scared to jump a few mobnths ago and there we were - jumping them all :D (apart from the giant ones!) We did tyres, brushes, post and rails, the little course set up in the field, logs and the water. Finished plastered in mud and sweat (both of us - not just him) but I still have a huge grin on my face!

Best day in a LONG time :D
