You cant believe it? Sadly I can :mad: There are a lot of scum on this earth with no respect for life. This makes me so angry because its so unneccesary! There must be a 100+ people in the area who would have sought vet help for this animal had they known about her ... I know i would have.

I hope these ***** scum rot in hell!

just sickening when you think of the tessybear thread and the love and care that tessy and dolly have received. This poor mare dies like this and the scum get away with it time and time again.

The scary thing is these monster's walk beside us just getting on with their lives and nothing will ever be done. Human life is barely valued these days so what chance do these poor souls have.

Doubtless this will add more fuel to add to the outrage, but - do not, please, be too quick to attribute these poor creatures' suffering and dreadful deaths to "***** scum" the general catch-all phrase for travellers. I know a number of people in my area of the South East who would be perfectly capable of behaving in this way, and have yet to be caught doing so, but one day,may be. They are not identified by the community as travellers, would not so identify themselves as such, and wouldn't go to the trouble of moving their animals to road sides before leaving them to a bad death.
It is, imho, only too easy to blame "them", a generally reviled group of people for the suffering of coloured horses and ponies. It makes reflecting - and acting - on other sources of neglect and cruelty to animals less pressing, perhaps. Falling out with the more socially acceptable neighbours is so unpleasant.
