This. Out of interest how can they enforce the ban though? It's not as if you're asked for a certificate/proof of identity when you walk into a pet shop...just something that's got me thinking.

Don't forget, that while in prison this sick son of a b*tch was subject to playing video games, watching films, working out in the gym and getting all food and heating paid for. I honestly believe he should 1) have his leg amputated from the knee down 2) his picture put up in all local shops with a summary of the pain and suffering he put this horse through and 3) let him out into the community. Only then would he get what he deserves. No prison sentance in this country will teach him any lesson or get any justice. This country needs to sort itself out. Prisoners have NO human rights. The fact they are there with our very fair legal system shows they are NOT human. I hate thinking that my tax's go on these wasters and truley evil people, to the point, they prefer prison to the real world as it is easier. A cell, a bucket and a tap in the corner is all that should be provided - more than he provied his horse with.
