Mares in season all year round?

My older mare Toffee has always had the odd season between NOV- MARCH but Samba and a field mate have managed to be regular all winter this year. She didnt do it last year.

Anyone else experiencing this, this year? Just beign nosey I wonder if its because we have had a "mild" winter compared to the last few years??

Yep, I posted about this a few weeks back and other people had been having this too.

K was in a field next to where they had a youngster though so this maybe spiked it a bit. Since the colder months began she has shown her 'in season signs' about 3 times.
