Mares-seasons

Does anyone else have a mare who is a tart in season....but is sometimes very hormonal after? She was a nightmare last night but and angel tonight?! Anyone have a mare like this?

My mare also a bit of a tart when in season and a horse on speed...Glad when it's all over..LOL

My mare is just hormonal 365 days a year!!! She is a complete tart and very very moody, i love it!!!

Yep, my mare is in and out of season all the time. Some days she's very sensitive and just wants to be left alone and some days she's lovely. I find her moods quite sweet as i know her so well, I asked the vet if there's anything i could do and he said not to worry about it. It doesn't affect riding, mainly just grooming and general handling.
