Having finally got round to booking a riding lesson and Ingestre I was just wondering if anyone had any experiences of Mark Ramsay? I was planning on having a lesson with either Rob or Tim but decided to have a lesson with one of the senior coaches whilst I scoped the place out and got used to riding other horses again,
Cheers for any info :)
Excited :D

My daughter rides with him - he is lovely and a very good coach, very good at getting the best out of her - she has come on in leaps and bounds under his direction and is hugely more confident than before, and riding much much better. Hope you have a lovely lesson!:D

Can't go far wrong with Mark, he's a good teacher. Personally I'd go for a lesson with Rob as I get far more out of his teaching but that's just personal preference. Can't go wrong with any of them and if you get praise from either Rob or Tim then you know you really do deserve it :)
P.S. When you going?

I started riding at Ingestre in Feb 2014 and had my stage 3 booked for April. My flat was my weakest area! Mark Ramsey did 8 weeks work on my flat work and got me through the flat part of the exam of which I spent half an hour cringing just wanted to get off. I flew the jumping and xc which were my stronger areas. Mark taught coached every week up to the exam. And on the exam day he cheerleader all day to keep my spirit up! He thought I could do it more than I did.He gets results and is a brilliant instructor. He will get his bhsi any minute and I will cause this site to crash as the won't be enough space for me to write all the good things about Mr R! He is now taking me through the ptt training.I would recommend him for anyone wanting to improve and those wanting to sit exams.

I ride with mark, I have jump lessons with him! he is great, he knows his stuff and he helps you and you can go far with him .. you just need patience cause he talks a lot :p but it's in a good way because he is going over what you need to know and testing you, some people prefer it some don't. He's defiantly 1 of the best, I don't have any of the masters though (can't afford that), but also Fran is very good, and Holly who are there currently, don't know anyone else as I usually have 1 of those 3 mentioned.
