Mark Todd Cook Riding Boots

Hi
I really want these boots but just want to know a little bit about them before I get them...

What do you think of them?
Are they waterproof?
Do the sizes come up small?
Do they last a long time?
Do they have a zip up the back?
Are they warm and comfy?
Can you wear them all year round without your feet getting too hot in summer?

I know its a lot but if you can help me AT ALL it will be hugely appreciated.

I have them, I think they are fine, but I don't think they are great

Not sure if waterproof, but they are splash proof
Sizing is average, calf size is medium
Mine are 6 months old
They have a zip up the back
They are very warm and reasonably comfy
I think I will need to change boots in the summer as these will be too warm

I've had mine since september and love them. They are warm, generous over the foot, I cross a stream to my field which can be mid calf and they have kept the water out but I would'nt stand in there waiting for it to come through the zip! Prob too warm for summer though!
