Ok.. my little mare has a bit of the old 'cold-backed' syndrome so i got her a fleece lined mark todd wrap around waterproof exercise sheet.. my query is, how do i put the thing on? Do i put my numnah underneath the rug, ontop or any other way? Anything else i need to do? By wrap around, i mean it does up round her chest, i think anyway! Any help much appreciated!!

I doubt it does up round the chest- it prob does up in front of the pommel
Rug goes underneath, numnah on top and you can either tuck the sides under the saddle flap or over the top of your legs, depending on how cold you are!!
 
I put my saddle on completely, inc girthed up. Then put the sheet on, lift the saddle flap & insert front of sheet between saddle & numnah - velcro over withers in front of pommel.
 
you just tack up as normal with wraparound sheets, then put sheet over bum, behind saddle, and put each side under the saddle flaps (not between saddle and numnah, just under the top saddle flap) and do up in front of pommel.
 
Oh yeah - now I think of it, there's 2 flaps to a saddle isn't there??!! LOL! I DON'T put it between saddle & saddlepad, but between the 2 flaps of the saddle... Don't worry, I only do it about 5 times a week, LOL!

Put it either over your leg, or between the saddle and the stirrup leather.
 
This is my Mark Todd Wrap around on my horse.

I put the saddle on as normal and then put the rug on afterwards. I put it over the girth strap area but underneath the top saddle flap. I used to hire a school down the lane from us and used the rug to keep her warm before and after exercise. When I got there I would just undo the velcro at the front and whip the rug off. Quite simple and quick.
