Hello Everyone,
This is my first post here, I'm new to horse riding and have only had two lessons so far, loving it though
I have a question - I bought some long leather boots by Mark Todd, the field boots with the laces, I know it might sound daft but do the laces have a purpose or just for show?
The reason I ask is they are elasticated and when I've tried tightening them they don't really tighten as a normal lace would.
Is this because they arn't meant too (for show only) or they are meant to tighten but just a little so that I can move My heel/foot round more?
Sorry for my total thick newbie question, maybe someone can help.
